The History of Paarl
|
|
Due to an increase in the numbers of unemployed and destitute people in the Paarl Area and with the community’s commitment to accommodate their own people, instead of having them spill into the City far from their families, saw the committee of Paarl officially open the shelter in 1995. Today this shelter has a maximum capacity of 176 beds.
